20-30 second delay when saving user info

I am running a 412 using Phone Manager 5.2.57. The system is maxed out with 360 extensions and 500+ user entries. When I make any change on a user, I get an hourglass for 20-30 seconds after I click "OK" for the change. This was never an issue until I upgraded from 5.2.17 to 5.2.55. I was hoping the upgrade to .57 would help the issue and it did not.

Any thoughts?

I have noticed this on alot of 412's do you have any errors in the config? It is really slow because it verifies every change you make. Thats my guess anyway.

In 4.0 you can go into file->pref->validation and turn off some of the options.

If you are going to turn off the validate options make sure every time you save a cfg you hit the red tick at the top to scan the cfg for errors.

Turning off the validate options does speed the manager up somewhat, but the validation is there for a reason.
