Hi all:

We are running two TDA200 linked with the 16 Channel VoIP cards and running the enhanced SD card for centralised VM.

I have been asked by our client to see if they can distinguish between sites when a caller was to press 0 whilst they were being played a users Greeting.

I dont think its possible but am going to ask the question.

I don't think it is... what does the display say on the operators phone when someone zeros out during a users OGM. are you using unique ext numbers at each location?

Dial plans for each site are unique.

So Extn are all unique and ICM are all unique.

The only possibly way I had thought of is a custom AA option for each mail box. But with TDA200's you can understand why I would not want to do that.

yes your on the right track two icd group buttons or phantom
exts unique to the operator and covering ext set accordingly
at each site would do the trick...
