I apologize that I do not have access to the config at the moment, but I hope this is a simple question. Right now I have a static translation from the outside IP to a web server. We want to kick up a second web server, but don't have anymore IPs laying around. Is there a way to route via the url or use dns to translate to the correct inside IP? There is a mail server and a vpn termination box (for SAN replication) on the same subnet. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Nope, not on the ASA. Perhaps you can modify some of your statics to static pat and only forward the ports you need.

Thanks. I thought about that. I'm using owa with Exchange, but there is no web component on the vpn box. Just out of curiosity, what should I be looking for do route to 2 different web servers?

as brian said, you're going to have to do PAT and have the other web server use an alternate port assuming they are both using http/80

I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)

What I have done is create a small VM running Crossroads, an open source http load balancer, to do the web server selection. Just in testing, but seems to do what I need.
