Hi,
I have a customer that have 2 businesses in the same building. I wired all the sets to the same MICS, and configured them so they have their dedicated line groups and dedicated CCR in the FLash4 voice mail.
Problem now is that my customer doesn't like the fact that all employes are listed in the same company directory of the voice mail.
Can I add another FLASH 4 box (or CP100) on the same KSU ?
I know the most obvious way to do it would be to have separate KSU, but If it can be done, It would be preferred for different reasons. VM1 would take care of lines 1-11 and VM2 would answer lines 12-14.

thank's

Not CP100, but you can run 2 flashes one VMS the other ACD, but as 2 VMS's I'm not sure, but I don't see why not if you're careful about line conflicts.. Make sure you leave F codes for the second one in 90X range.

Yes I have done it before (successfully) you can use 2 Flashes as VMs answering different lines off the same KSU, 1 using the low codes 1 using high.
