I received MSOffice 97 Hebrew edition and want to load it on my pc. I have MSO2000 Eng. Can the two reside on the same pc or are there common files that will conflict? Can I load it into another directory? another partition?

By default, MSO 97 loads into C:\program files\...
By default, MSO 2K loads into C:\windows\application data\...
These should be fine and cause no conflict. Yes, they can reside on one PC. I have 4 versions of Office running at work.
Your install should first be 97, then 2000. So, if you already have 2000 on there, I'd uninstall it, install 97, then reinstall 2000.
Best of luck.
