Hello,

I have 2 users who share 1 phone. Can I get voicemail to register for both? Push VM button option to get to either mailbox appears? Version 11 embedded voicemail.

Yes.

In first users configuration, add U followed by the other users extension number as a source number.

For the second user, set Follow Me to the first extension.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

On each user you can add a VM button for the other user.

You could even use MADN Single Call Appearance so the second user has their own appearance lines, then use the Source Number U"Extn" (e.g. U2105) as suggested above.

This way the second user can call out on their own line/extension.

Do the users share the phone at the same time, of do they have shifts?
If shifts, login/logout would give the cleanest solution.
