Hopefully they're not that tricky...
I can't seem to get my index page, which is a two framed page and has another two framed page nesting in it, to be titled? I have titled every page, all the nav pages, content pages and frameset pages...? I also added the title to the very top of the source of the index page. What am I missing?
Seondly, how do you get anchors to work in netscape, it's fine in IE, but doesn't do anything in NE??
