2 Taking Phone Messaging ?'s

Hi all,

I'm testing Goldmine out for Investor Relations dept. to see if it can replace this old app called Futurus Team .

Currently running Goldmine Business Contact Manager 5.7
Two different Databases with two different user groups (traders, Inv-Rel)

My questions are when doing:
1- When taking a phone message, I want to prevent a user from Traders from accidently taking a phone message(sending) for a user from InvRel. Is this possible? Ideally both group databases and users should have nothing to do with each other.

2- When taking a Phone Message, is it possible to prevent it from automatically being entered into the calendar?
