I have two tables. For this example, let say they are list of people. One table is for people who belong to group A, and the other for group B. Some people are in group A and B. I need to run a query that will list all the people in group A that are not in group B and vis-versa. I know how to list all the people in both. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks

Take a look at the unmatched query (use the Find Unmatched Query Wizard)

use "find unmatched query wizard". Do it twice and change table each time.

Go to queries, click NEW button and select unmatched query wizard.
Select group A table > next
Select group B table > next
Select common field > next
Select fields you want to see.
Click finish
