Without utilizing a subreport, is there a way to pull data from one table into a report that contains other data for the specific report.

For example, I currently have a report based off of a table. I would like to include some footnote data from another table without utilizing joins or queries
 
I use something like this to include a Field from a non-linked table to insert information into a Text Box on a report.

=Trim(DLookUp("[Field]","tblName"))

Field is the field name in the "table that contains the field.
