Hello,

I have an html page with 2 swfs. SWF1 is a nav bar with buttons and the other a display. I would like the display to change whenever a button on swf1 is clicked.

I tried different combinations.

When a button is pressed on SWF1, I wanted SWF2 to move to its second frame. ( The first frame having a stop action).
For the life of me, I can't get it to work.

Would someone be so kind to show me a sample syntax so I can move on with this project?

Thank you kindly,

MustangManny

Thanks OldNewbie as usual. :)

I read the article inside out, but it doesn't instruct one on how to start, stop, or advance frames from one movie to another?

Would you have any more places you may point me to for answers.

Thanks very much,

MustangManny

OldNewbie, please I implore you for your assistance.
I've scored for answers all night and to no aval.

Just want to have one swf menu button when clicked to go to to a particular frame on the other swf.

Albeit both are 2 different swfs on an html page if you recall.

I'd be truly indebted as it is holding me back from finishing my project.

BTW, I see yu are omnipresent. I saw you in other places including FlashKit. Truly amazing for an "OLD" newbie. :)

Kind regards,

Manny
