hi,
i have 2 stations 8101(virtual) and 2401(2420D). is it possible that if i dial 8101 and no one answers it will go to voicemailbox 2401?

1) Create a vector + vdn for going to voicemailbox of extension 2401.

2) Create a coverpath with this vdn for station 8101

if you have mod messaging, just put in 8101 as a second extension for 2401

Secondary extension is intended for Fax reception. The best way to do it would be to use the auto routing table.

Inbound # will be the persons extension .. then day, night, and alternate #'s will be the mailbox extension you want those calls to go into.

Secondary Extension is intended for FAX receiption, however, it works perfectly well to put calls to extension A into the mailbox for extension B, as long as both stations A and B have a valid station type. I use the Seconday Extension field if I have a one-to-one need, and save my auto routing table for the many-to-one needs, or use the vdn/vector coverage path solution.
