I have a photo that needs to be two spot colors. The overall effect to be black and two leaves that need to be green. I know how to do 1 spot color, but am not quite sure how to do both.

I do one by making the photo grayscale in Photoshop, then bring it into InDesign and colorize it black inside of Indesign. But I dont know how to do it if I need two spot colors inside one image.

thanks!

Use photoshop and make the leaves a spot channel. Save as DCS 2 and should be good to go.

Depending on your mood, you might instead place 2 copies of the photo on top of each other in InDesign. The top copy can have a spot of green applied to it. Then use InDesign's pen tool to shape the top image frame just around the leaves.
