2 sessions against application link client

Have anyone tried to open 2 sessions against application link client using version 4 sp 10?

We got one program listening to application link client and now want to have 2 different programs listening to the same application link client.

We cant try it, we nead to create the second program first...

Is that possible?

Yes. I did use Snapware and ECA to monitor my extension via AL4.0 - it did work. But do not ask me for the technical background.
