How to create 2 routes on one E1/T1 connection? Now I have 1 route(trunks 1-1&&1-31), is it OK to initiate another route on trunks 1-25&&1-31? Will it work? Do I have to do something with signalling?

thanks

not possible, you can only put 1 equ in 1 route...

Thanks whosrdaddy for help. This means that is impossible to block outgoing traffic on external destination. Outgoing traffic can be blocked only on route, in my case, it is impossible to block external destination separately.

thanks again for help

With the MD, almost nothing is impossible......especially when it comes to LCR and call routing. What prevents you from using multiple dest codes for the same route or what type of outbound restriction are you trying to implement?

I want to block outgoing international calls from ED. I have 1 route, and I initialize ED on that route. Now I want to block specific dests from calling international numbers. If I block internat. numbers on route(TRAF parameter) i blocked all destinations from calling 000. Do you understand problem? How can I block dests separetly from calling international calls?

as dstrang1 recommended - use LCR, here you have the possibilities to block specific calls ( up to 16 digits in the DNT1 table ).

Can you post example how to block specific calls from ED with LCR?

Dear bb34nne,

According to my knowledge u can create two route in one E-1.
Iniate trunks from 1-1 to 1-24 in one route and 1-25 t0 10-31 create in other route. that is poosible. U r porblem will be solved.

Thanks

thanks 642234!

but whosrdaddy said that creating two routes on one E-1 is not possible. can whosrdaddy post why he thing that is not possible. do somenone have that king of routes on exchange?

this was the original question and I said that creating 2 routes containg the SAME equ's is not possible! so 1 equ can have only one route. offcourse you can do like 642234 said, but that was not the original question...

Daddy, my fault. I didnt understand when you write: you can only put 1 equ in 1 route. My plan was like this: ROEQE:ROU=xx,TRU=1-25&&1-31, and then create another route and do ROEQI with that trunks. Sorry, now I know that I can do another route like this.
