2 rings cf to hg.

customer has BCM 50 rel.3, 4 pots ;lines in pool-A, incoming calls answered immediately by AA,they want 0 (ext 267) to ring 2 times,then forward to other exts ,then to ext 267`s mailbox,...so i made hg01 (461).,added members she wants to ring after 2 rings,
cfna to 461 after 2 rings, hg01 overflow to 334 (vm). I call in get AA,dial 0, it rings 267 2 times and 267 stops ringing,but i still hear ringing in my cell but none of the hg01 phones are ringing, in initial trouble shooting, i called 267 directly from another ext and it rings 2 times and then broadcast rings to all members then to 267 mailbox whats up?

Remove all lines from the phones in the hunt group.

I would have done/tried this:

Delete Mailbox 267
Build mailbox 461 and add the first Alt Ext as 267 (so it gets the message notification)

AA points to 461

HG01 (461) has member 267
15 seconds
Overflow to HG02

HG02 has members 2XX and 2XX etc
15 secs
Overflow to 334

Maybe do these to avoid conflict?:
Prime Set on each line = None
DRT = None
Transfer Callback = 12
