2 rings before greeting message ( voicemail)

Hello Friends,
I have a embedded voicemail with IP Office 500 V2.
an extension 105 has a forword uncoditional to voicemail. the problem is when a call entred to this extension,i listen 2 rings before the greeting message ( voicemail). i want to listen directly the greeting message. how can i make that . thank you so much for help
