I have 2 questions please.

1- How do i pull a print of a DISA on a 81C RLS 5.0

2- What does this error mean? I've been seeing it for a few different DCH's.

DCH: 3 MAINT INDICATION TIME: 11:59:11
COUNTER VALUE
16 255

Thanks guys, someone on her always knows. This place is great.

DISA

LD 24
REQ PRT
TYPE DIS
CUST 0
DN - hit return

If it asks for SPWD, you will need the PWD2 to change the SPWD in LD 15 so you know it and can print DISA.

DCH Message

Counter 16 is "Count of messages with undefined information elements". It is not serious. When it hits 255, it spits out.

I get the DCH Message alot is that normal, is my PRI bouncing?

I dont know if its that often it just seems like when ever i go in i see it for 1 of the DCH's

On another note if you donr mind. I used to work where they would let the printer print out enything that happened throughout the day to refer to should somethig happen. I was thinking of setting up a pc in the switch room and letting procomm and file capture run non stop to capture everything and not have to deal with the paper. What do you think?

This is what i get for the DISA print, How can i find out how its being used?

BTW I really appreciate the info.

Wow, it is being used. There does not appear to be a SCOD (Security Code)

The way to find out if it being used is to OUT it (Then you *could* add 8888 on your phone as a key to see how many calls you get)

The calls are trunk to trunk, so Call Accounting does not often report it as 8888 call.
