1 users has 2 phones *237 and *303. He sits at *303. After 4 rings to *237 it needs to ring at *302(his secretary, which it does)After 4 rings to his secretary we want to leave voicemail on *303. Not *237.

just build one mb 303, then make 237 a member of that mb.. two offices, one md

Out Mailbox 237 and add ext 237 to mailbox 303. 1 mailbox
2 ext's.

OK, I have a similar issue.

Office phone # 6432

Workroom Phone # 6425

Both have individual voicemail accounts. 6432 is mine and 6425 is the support number.
I spend most of my time in the workroom and would like it if when a voicemail came in on 6432 it would indicate such on 6425.
Both phones are 2008.

Thanks

Just put the extensions you want notified on that mailbox; you can light multiple lights; and multiple mailboxes cna light the same phones too. -Matt

If you are using Meridian Mail it gives you additional lines for more then 1 extension for message indication. Meridian Mail rls 12 & 13. Cannot figure out why Nortel didn't leave that in callpilot.

It's not in call pilot? Oh, how irritating! We are looking at moving to call pilot this year... -Matt

remote message waiting allowed key is what I think you need. You can have a separate key on workroom phone that lights when you have message in your personal mailbox. Think it will work on M2008.

Multiple message waiting DNs will be on CallPilot 4.0 which is scheduled to be Generally Available in the Q3 2005.
If you get CallPilot 3.1 then your distributor can order a free upgrade to 4.0 as long as they order it within 30 days of GA.
