2 Personal Folders in Outlook2000

Hi there,

I'm using o2k sp3 client with IMO settings.

Now I found that I have 2 Personal Folders in my folder list.

The 1st Personal Folder looks very normal, have calendar, contacts, inbox, outbox, sent items, tasks, etc inside.

The 2nd Personal Folder looks abnormal, cannot expand it. When try to expand it, system prompted "Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened. Item could not be found". I run scanpst & it didn't fix the problem.

I can't remember exactly when & how it happened. So how can I remove the 2nd Personal Folder from my o2k, without affecting my 1st Personal Folder?

Generally this indicates a damaged profile. You can create a new Outlook profile in control panel and point it to the old .pst file.

Change the default one to the new one, and delete the old one - this option is in tools, settings.
