2 people with same line...

I have two people that cover the same line. If one is on that line and the other picks up then she is on the same call. Is there a way to keep this from happening (other than telling her to not pick up the phone if she see's the other person is already on the line)?
I would like for the second party to roll to an available extension, if possible.

1. check the CLS for POA ( Privacy Override Allow), change this to POD.

2. program a second SCR on both phones; CLS should have OLA (Outgoing Line Preference Allowed); and then, LPK set to that key with the the second SCR. This setting will allow the user to seize the next available dn on the phone without hitting the one that's already being used.

DID you check the CLS POA/POD to see which one it is?

when you print the dnb, do you show an analog tn? that is the only way i know that your problem can occur

they both already had POD in the CLS and when I print the DNB its listed as SL1
