Is this possible? with XP professional OS...

I am in the business testing software/hardware and need to create a dual boot scenario or two active partitions with one shared drive or space between both.

Is this possible?

Thank You,

Sure its possible depending on what OS'es you want You'll have to format the shared partition differently.

In abest case scenario, You would have 3 hard drivees. 2 for the oses, and the third for the shared area.

Supposing, you want Win98 and Xp Pro. The shared space would have to be formatted as FAT32 since Win98 cant see NTFS volumes.

If Both installations are to be Windows XP. Then the shared space can be formatted in FAT32 or NTFS. Either one will work.

Ignorance is not necessarily Bliss, case in point:
Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.
