I'd like to change my synchronization macro on update data to send an email to management, "there has been an update in the DB". Here's the twist. We're utilizing Lotus Notes 6.5. Can this be done?

If so, is it possible to send only the newly entered record in the update as opposed to sending a snapshot of the entire table?

Thank you to all in advance......
