Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a report that will use a crosstab table that will pull numeric fields called activity and store numbers. The activity field can be determined by two parameters:

1. By selecting a range of numbers or specific numbers.
2. By selecting a level drill down which is either high, medium, low, or all. ex. 10020, 10030, and 10040 would roll up to 10100 and that would be medium. I have formulas in the report to determine what each level is.

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can get this to work? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Lisa

Sounds like you need to cross-tab on formulas.

Write a formula that generates the row and column fields and use them in your Cross-tab. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
