2 Nupoint 3.0 questions

My first question is regarding playing .wav files on smartphones. I have a motorola q9 phone and am looking for a way to play the nupoint vm .wav files. In the past on my old phone I used a program called TCPMP to play the 8bit files.

The other question is regarding the CallerID on the voicemail messages. currently they are coming across as voicemail message from unknown caller. I have COS on the ports on the mitel setup correctly but am wondering if there is a place in nupoint that restrics the CID?

I just installed the new MAS 2.0 with the newer version of Nupoint... each mailbox has the ability to select from ADPCM (default), GSM 6.10, MP3 yay!--- don't believe that option is available on the older nupoint... sorry no help there.

As far as the CallerID goes... check FCOS option 263 - Store Caller Line Id as a phone or mailbox number

ok cool. I just upgraded to MAS 2.0 as well. The upgrade went pretty well. Had to install all the blades at once from the console which was new to me. im excited to hear about the mp3 setting.
