2 NT Servers on the Same network, one has no broswer...

I am running two NT Servers on the same network. I have a Linksys router acting as a firewall. The problem I am having is one of the servers cannot / Will not gain access to the net via it's browser IE5. Although, I know the access is there because its running a webpage, just no browser support. I checked the Server manager and the server in question is acting as a Workstation while the other running NT has Server rights. The server with Server type also has IE Browser and Express control. Just the domain that has been named a workstation does not. Is there any way can I get both Servers to use IE5 and express??
