2 nics on 1 2kpro

Hi all!

I've got a connection to the net on 1 w2k pro box on 1 nic named 'out'. I have got a laptop connected on the w2k pro box thru another nic named "in" thru a cross-over cable. Is there a way to connect the laptop to the net as well? Should I enable ICS? If yes on which nic?

Enable it on 'out' since that is the NIC that is connected to the internet.

Imagine that 'out' is a dialup connection then the logic becomes clear.
