I have windows 2003 server on which I have got 2 LAN cards. On one LAN card I have set Local LAN IP address of my LAN. On the other LAN card I have to set Public static IP of my DSL connection. How could I set the IP addresses and default gateways to both the private & public IPs. Also how could the LAN Cards forwards the request to the Local & outside networks.

You need to configure routing and remote access (RRAS)

This is a good place to start for info on how to configure and use RRAS
