Hope somebody can help me here.
I'm trying to get a second SCSI jukebox up and running on a NT networker server. I have the licences in place, a 16 slot and a 9 slot licens, the SCSI ID is also good.
And both jukeboxes are installed on the networker server, but it seems like it won't enable the second jukebox.

I'm sure you already did, but you installed the device drivers into the OS didn't you? You didn't mention that you had so I am just checking.

Yes done that, the OS, sees both devices fine.

After some more testing, I've boiled it down to this:
The Jukebox device is a 10 slot, and the licens is for 9 slots only. It works fine if I try it with the temporary unlimited slot licens from legato. So I need a way to disable the 10th slot in the eyes of networker! But how?
I have set the availble slots attribute to 1-8 and cleaning slot to 9.

Well I found the solution!
If the autochanger has more slots than your licens allows u to use, networker won't enable it, unless, you change the number of physical slots for the autochanger in the nsr.res config file, and restart the service.
