Hi All - So I am having a problem with a report I am trying to create in crystal XI
I have 2 fields - Reported by and Assigned To
I want to total the Incident numbers with a distinct count for the Analyst that would either be Reported By or Assigned To
I also want a distinct Count of the number of Incidents that they were either the Reported By or Assigned To analyst.
I can get the totals separately but not say in one line for a cross tab.
My thought is to create a new field called Analyst with some type of formula to grab the Reported By/Assigned to
Does this make sense?
Help/thoughts is very much appreciated

You could create a formula that would add one for either or two for both. Then summarise that in a crosstab, if that's what you want.

Or include two separate sets of totals in your crosstab.
