Hello,

System type = BCM50
5 analog lines
1 line assigned to 222 and 224

This is the issue, I have 2 extensions (222 and 224) with thier own mailboxes...how do I get an incoming line that is assigned to appr and ring at both 222 and 224 go to 222's mailbox, it seems to always go to 224's mailbox.
With the older startalks the system would always pick the lower DN,any one have any suggestions?
(PS ** I cannot make the fwd no answr to 3 on 222 and 4 on 224 it has to stay at 4)

Thanks in advance...

Thanks for your reply, forgot to mention an answer dn is not an option either as 222 recieves many internal calls. and also calls from thier other lines and 224 doesnt want to hear every call ringing.

Make sure x22 has call forward no answer with a lower ring count than x224. Ex: x222 - CFNA to VM after 3 rings, whereas x224 has CFNA to VM after 4 rings.

Create a Hunt Group.
Make both sets members of the Hunt Group.
Remove the line from the sets and assign it to the Hunt Group.
Overflow the Hunt Group to the VM DN.
Assign the Hunt Group DN as an alternate extension in 222's mailbox.
