2 Exchange domains - 1 global address list?

Hi all

I've got two seperate exchange domains, which have no trust relationships at all (but could do I suppose) Both running W2k and Exchange 2000. We've done this because we run two sperate networks. One problem we are encounting more and more is that users don't know which domain users are in (two seperate forests)to send email to them. Is there a way that I can combine the two seperate global address lists into one?
