2 Domains in Seperate forest

I have 2 domains in seperate forests and Exchange running on Domain#1. How can I get Domain #2 authenticated on Domain #1 so they can use the exchange server??

you'll have to set up a trust, create mailboxes in Domain #1, and assign Full Mailbox rights to the user ID's in Domain #2.

A one way trust from Domain #2 to Domain #1 or a two way trust. The reason I ask is because the 2 way trust keeps breaking but a one way trust seems to hang in.

one way would be OK. Domain #1 would be trusting and Domain #2 would trusted.
