2 domain 1 exchange server

can I point 2 domain names (

http://www.one.com

and

http://www.two.com)

to one server and receive mail for both domains to one exchange server?
If I can do you how to set it up.

Yup. Have the default addresses set with both domain names. Have the MX records both pointing to the server.

Two options - primary is one.com and secondary is two.com. Get two.com to reroute to one.com or get two.com to be delivered as it stands.
