2 different subnet?

I have several servers which I need to put behind PIX 515E on the same interface but this servers have IPs from 2 different subnets, is it possible to put all of them on the same interface without changing their IPs?

Yes it is possible, but you need a router behind the PIX connection the 2 subnets together. The pix cannot route, and cannot have multiple IP's per interface..
