Two users sharing a phone set (M3903). Each user has a seperate DN (DN1 and DN2). Each user has a seperate callpilot mailbox (MB1 and MB2). When caller dials DN1 call goes to MB1. When caller dials DN2 calls go to MB1 instead of MB2. Anyone know what is not configured properly?

The phone will follow the rule for key 0 (probably your DN1). You can fix this by building another set, marp DN2 on it to hunt to VM. Then the users sharing the phone can still answer the DN2 on that phone, but calls unanswered will roll to the correct box.

This sounds like you have the hunt and FNA not correct. or is Is DN2 listed as an associated DN in the mailbox of DN1?

Is DN1 rolling to DN2, if so it is carrying the DN1 to CP?

Is LHK set to the key that DN2 is located on, or is DN2 set up on another set..?

fdn (dn of call pilot)
hunt (dn of call pilot)
lhk 5
Key 0 scr dn1
Key 3 scr dn2
key 5 scr dn3

dn1 calls go to mb1, dn2 calls go to mb2, dn3 calls go to mb3
