Hello all,
I need some advice on how to accomplish this, we have a BCM 400 that has a PRI installed for our company, we just leased the second floor to another company and we are willing to allowed to use our phone system. They will be using pots we already have all the modules to support this, all we need is ideas on how to make both companies separate from one another. I can configure the line pools for the PRI and another for the pots and assign the pools to the DNS fro the companies, My question is that the main company when they close the office for the day they use the operator password on their phones and select business closed. I'm sure that when they do this the other company will be closed as well, any ideas on how to separate these? Also I noticed that when we put someone on hold and if we don't pickup the call after a certain amount of time the call starts ringing at the phones in the other company, also how can we separate call parking so one company mistakenly doesn't pickup the other company's calls.
Thanks for any advice on this matter.
