2 DECTs on same DN want SCR

All,

Our customer has 2 DECT handsets with the same DN.
But they want SCR feature, i.e. when 1 handset is in use any subsequent calls should get busy tone.
Can this be done with DECTs?

I tried that on the MARP and non-MARP, but without success:

SCH0369
Function conflicts with existing call arrangement.

Any further ideas?

OUT both of the DECT phones then re-program as with CLS=MCRD.
