2 companies 2 sets of lines com 1 is getting com 2s lines on intercom

4 lines for company 1 (C1) 2 lines company 2 (C2)

4 lines A&P five sets C1

2 lines A&P 2 separate sets C2

no issues with C 1's lines

C1's the 1st 4 lines are set to table 1, greeting 1, prime set 21...works fine


C2's the 2nd set of lines set to table 2, grt 2, prime set 27...but goes to intercom on 21 which is company 1's ext


Any ideas how to get the AA working for COM 2

Also which prime set did u program for C2's lines? Default would be 21.

yea you can program all lines to prime set none. That programming is in phone system config not AA programming Good luck!
