Hello All!

Is it possible to have an Access form output information side by side in 2 columns on the same page? Ie. A telephone address book where on the left hand side it lists the names starting with A, then B, C, etc.. then once it reaches the bottom of the page continues on the second column with names starting with F, G, etc..

It seems this should be possible but I'm not sure how to do it.

Thanks for your help!

Make your report half the width of your paper (maybe a little less).

Then to File > Page Setup > Columns.

Set number of columnes to 2.

If it fusses about it adjust the width of your report or change margin widths
