2 column layout

If I use the 2 column layout from

http://www.glish.com/css/9.asp

and there is very little text in the left column the right column shifts down below the left column.
Is there any way to stop this from happening?

What you would need do is give your right column a width (31% would do) and then float it to the right. That way it should work.
