Hi guys,

I know this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find the exact answer to my question. My customer currently has an MICS and a CP150. He has 9 lignes, and a skillset to put the calls in a waiting queue for his claims department. Customer is in the process of doubling his call volume, so knowing we can only have 8 persons in the callpilot at a single time, he wants to get options to go further.

Of course, he'd like to keep the same phones and system, since employes are used to it, and the system was fully paid a few years ago.

My question; can I add a second CP150 on the same system, that will take care of the lines for the new market he'll be covering, with it's own skillset ?

Worst case I'm even authorized to add a full CICS+CP150 system in parallel as well as aditional phones, but If I can do all in the same system, that'd be great.

Thanks !

You can have 2 CP 150's but one must be dedicated to Call Centre while the other is for voice mail.

You might be able to find a Cintech acd/vmail, they went up to 32 channels if I remember correctly. I'm not sure if you can still buy new, I haven't dealt with them in a long time, but they were the best in my opinion.
