2 Beeps after Greeting

I have bi-lingual exts that have options of pressing 1 for English and 2 for French. A different employee had to use the office of this bi-lingual ext and recorded their personal greeting on this ext using *17 method. So this personal greeting plays on back of the Bi-lingual greeting. I deleted the *17 greeting WAV file and then a default system greeting was added. So I proceeded to delete the ext and re-created it. It was still the same. Then I created a *17 greeting of silence for 2 seconds which erased the system greeting, but now there is two beeps after the bi-lingual greetings, which is kind of confusing, because the person leaving the VM will start to speak after the first beep and the recording doesn’t start until after the second beep and we are losing the first part of the VM.

Would anyone know what might be going on here and know how to fix this?

Thanks in Advance
