I've got 2 BCM 400s networked with VoIP gateways and MCDN at each end and have no problem making end to end calls.
Customer wants to dump the PRI at one end and have all calls from the "remote" site come and go over the main site's PRI. I can get incoming calls to route correctly to the remote site, but can't figure out how to allow the remote site to dial 9 to access the PRI on the main site for outgoing calls. I know it has something to do with Remote Package, but can't figure out what I'm missing.

Start by building a Remote Package at the Host site to allow calls. Then assign that package to the INBOUND TRUNKS (from remote site) and also assign it to the OUTBOUND TRUNKS (PRI host site). You made need to add a digit to your public dialing plan at the remote side to allow for the 9 to go or you can make the 9 a dial out number as part of the route either way should work. Then test.
