2.6 DOS in Vista issue

I am running 2.6 DOS in Vista and I can't get the DOS box to go full screen. Also when I edit a PRG file I use a DOS text editor to do it and then when I exit it the DOS window closes out without giving me the option to save my changes.

Don't know about Vista, but Windows 7 doesn't support full screen mode. I'm guessing it would be the same.

As for saving changes, I reckon you'll have to save them before trying to close the window. Especially if you're just clicking on the red "X".

This workaround works farily well in Win7 for me, prob the same for Vista

- create a shortcut on the desktop for foxpro
- adjust the properties/font ( I use consola/28 point )

You can resize the window to close to full screen in this manner
