Is there any way to get, or create a bcm 2.5 hard drive? The BIT will only work back to 3.0, and a 2.5 drive can't be bought from our nortel distributors. Thanks

Unless someone has images for that release, you are SOL.

Why bother. Get the images for a 3.6 or 3.7, image a new drive and reprogram your VM and ACD. The telephony will remain intact.

Was trying to be able to restore a 2.5, but if thats my only option. Thanks

I may still have my 2.5 hard drive leftover from the upgrade to 3.7? I will have a look.

Adding an HD from another machine is no good. It has to be a clean unused HD.

Why do you say that, I have swapped HD between many BCM's and I have never had a promlem.

There are often registry issues in the NT that can cause (among other things) lockouts. This is from personal experience.

If it has worked then that is good to know. It isn't supported by Nortel that I am aware of.

I actually just found a 2.5 drive in a stack of old drives. Thanks for your help though. Ace, do you have any cs-1000 experience?

My last job had 1 Option 11C and 60 BCM's and I've worked on2 81C's.
