Hi all just trying to get an idea how 2.1(27) (Currently in trial) is performing at sites. There were 2 x A4 sheets of bug fixes in 27 from the 24 build, Has any body installed this on a live site.

Has it seemed to resolve any of the quirky things in 2.1(24)

I installed one but needed to go back to 2.1(247007) due to a hunt group queueing problem in 2.1(27).
 
When one user in the hunt group is disabled from the group and all the rest is busy the call will go directly to the overflow instead of being queued for the overflow time defined.
 
I have several customers with various configs running on 2.1(27) and they did not had the problems as they had with 2.1(15) or 2.1(24).
 
VOiDDude - have you managed to escalate this issue to Avaya Tier3 or above? I'll likely be making my call next week. Seeing the same symptoms when all users are logged out of hunt groups. Considering how much 2.1.27 appears to have fixed, I'm going to stick it out (for now...)

Yes, there is a 2.1.24 special build available to fix this issue.
