2.1.27 hot desk problem?

Has anybody had problems with 2.1.27 where hotdesk users ae automatically on DND and taken out of the group by itself?

I upgraded a customer to 2.1.27, when the user log on to the phone, it works fine for a moment, then it automatically taken out of group and it on DND.

Any ideas?

I think this mite be caused m merge config, when a user logs on, I bring in the config make changes that I need to, merge the config and all users are on DND and log out if the group.
Does anybody know if this happends on earlier versions?
