2.1.27 Conference Issue

Anybody experiencing this issue:

Caller starts a conference call, other callers join in, (external and internal) when the 6th caller joins, there is a loud audible squealing heard.

Any updates or info that could help me on this one?

Yes, we had a customer that had the exact thing except it happened after the third call. Upgraded to 2.1.31 and works like a charm now.

Is 2.1.31 available only through Avaya?

And what kind of lines did they have?
