Hello

Does this version fix the problem with users getting disable in hunt group?
We have a customer on 2.1 (15) and Phone Manager Pro 2.1.7, and users are getting disable from groups randomly.
They are all using analogue phones.
 
We still have the same issue, happens when you open Prefences in Phone Manager and then close prefs. Agent Mode is not enabled.

We are chasing with AVAYA.

This is claimed to be fixed in the V2.1(24) / PM V2.1.8 release notes

are you using both V2.1(24) & PM 2.1.8?
 
We are not using 2.1(24) or PM 2.1.8.

Before I upgrade, I rather let the customer know it fixes the problem.

Well I was claimed to be fixed but Mr IPO is correct
I have just tested it & selecting preferences still takes the phone out of group!

 
Just tested it as well but it works fine here.....I have used the bin files from the official 'support' site...not from the trial or any other avaya site...

Using DT phones on 403.

We are using the offical files as well, may be local driven where are you dencom ?

You dont have agent mode on ??

I Have now tested on both a 401 & 403
it is only Phone Manager Pro that has the problem (lite is fine)

This problem is resolved in PM 2.1.10 which was with our support company BEFORE the maintanace version was released!

Does any one have a spare wall I can bang my head against?
 
I have justed tested V2.1(24) and guess what the user was logged out of the group after I openned and closed preferences. Agent mode was not ticked.

Im am in Holland, using phonemanager pro, not using agent mode.
